If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we gladly accept returns for store credit only, under the following conditions:

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please access our self return portal with your email.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Store Credit:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s) (excluding original shipping fees).
- Store credit will be sent via email in the form of a digital gift card and can be used on any future purchase.
- Store credit has a one year expiration date.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or altered items

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached. Swimwear must have liner sticker in bottoms.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return

- Enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

- Include the return form that came with your order, filling out the necessary details.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging or in a similar package to prevent damage.

- Ship your return package to the address provided after initiating the return process.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to digital gift card.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
