At MOVE Athleisure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience is pleasant and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we gladly accept returns for store credit only, under the following conditions:

    1. Return Process:

      • To initiate a return, please access our self return portal with your email.
      • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    2. Store Credit:

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s) (excluding original shipping fees).
      • Store credit will be sent via email in the form of a digital gift card and can be used on any future purchase.
      • Store credit has a one year expiration date.
    3. Non-Returnable Items:

      • Sale items marked Final Sale
      • Gift cards
      • Worn, washed, or altered items

    We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you find the perfect fit with your next purchase!

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.  Swimwear must have liner sticker in bottoms.
  • Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Visit our Returns Portal on our website.
    • Enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
  2. Prepare Your Package:

    • Include the return form that came with your order, filling out the necessary details.
    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging or in a similar package to prevent damage.
  3. Shipping:

    • Ship your return package to the address provided after initiating the return process.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to digital gift card.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
